Life at Hyper Hippo

Our Team Experiences Coordinator organizes remote team-building activities, mystery parties, employee spotlights, special guest speakers and more to give us plenty of opportunities to keep our Hippo family feeling included and connected. Our hubs in Vancouver, Kelowna, and Seattle provide drop-in spaces for creative collaboration between team members who live in the area, or are just traveling through.

We believe that our team’s success comes from supporting our employees to be happy and healthy. We offer a competitive salary and full benefits package for all of our full-time employees.
- Competitive salary and extraordinary incentive plan tied to company goals
